ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

FEE–BASED PLANNING:

  • Flat Fee dependent on scope of engagement.
  • We act as a fiduciary to your planning, and have multiple touch points during the year.
  • Our team will work with you to create a holistic financial plan, including the audit of all relevant aspects of your current situation (goals, insurance, investments, estate planning, etc). The written plan will provide you with the guidance needed to execute financial decisions with respect to your planning. We will help you audit and select the right advisors and product solutions to implement in your plan.
  • Our client engagement lasts for one year. At that point, we can reengage our discovery process and update your plan at a reduced Plan Update fee.

ADVISORY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

  • Assets under our management pay a fee to compensate our team’s work. (appx: .4% – 1.6% fee on assets managed)
  • We act as a fiduciary to your asset management and monitoring.
  • This engagement results in professionally-created, objectively researched, multimanager portfolios.
  • This arrangement results in an ongoing monitoring and education as long as assets are being managed by our team.

Wealth Management Fee Schedule:

  • 1.2% – 1.6% below 1M (exception for Physicians or Family Members)
  • 1.1% at 1M
  • .9% at 2M
  • .6% at 6M
  • .5% at 10M
  • .4% at 20M

INSURANCE ADVISING:

  • Commission is paid by the insurance company on any products purchased.
  • Suitability standard of engagement (not fiduciary).
  • This engagement allows us to work within your existing plan to satisfy elements of risk management, tax reduction, cash management, and design of safe long-term savings.
  • Our team will advise on and implement your risk management planning, and periodically revise the coverage as needed.
